Nyxra Digital Inc. is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines our practices regarding the collection, use, disclosure, and protection of information across all applications and digital services developed and operated by Nyxra Digital Inc.
By using any of our applications or services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on the specific application or service you use, we may collect the following categories of information:
A. Account & User Profile Data
- User Credentials: Email address, username, and account identifiers provided during direct account registration or third-party authentication (e.g., OAuth providers, Google, Apple).
- User Preferences: App settings, saved lists, collections, custom alert thresholds, and user-generated configurations.
B. Technical & Device Information
- Push Notification Tokens: Identifiers (such as Firebase Cloud Messaging tokens) required to deliver real-time notifications, alerts, and updates to your device.
- App Attestation & Security Data: Tokens from security services (such as Apple AppAttest, Google Play Integrity, or Firebase App Check) to verify application authenticity and prevent unauthorized access or abuse.
- Device Metadata: Device model, operating system version, app version, language preference, crash diagnostics, and coarse app context such as screen, subscription tier, selected region, and connection state, associated only with an app installation identifier.
C. Purchase & Subscription Information
- Entitlement Status: Product identifiers, transaction status, purchase dates, and subscription expiration dates managed via standard in-app purchase providers (e.g., RevenueCat, Apple App Store, Google Play Store).
- Financial Data Notice: Nyxra Digital Inc. does not collect, store, or process raw credit card numbers or banking credentials. All financial transactions are securely handled directly by Apple or Google.
D. Advertising, Consent & Measurement
- Advertising Identifiers: With your permission where required by law or platform rules, our free apps may use the device advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS or the Android advertising ID) to deliver and measure advertisements.
- Ad & Usage Data: Ad requests, impressions, clicks, rewards, ad value, device type, general region, and aggregate usage trends may be processed. When you choose to share anonymous usage, this may also include app lifecycle, navigation, feature interactions, and repeated taps that may signal difficulty. We do not include your searches, viewed game titles, or account identifiers in these events.
- Consent Choices: Google User Messaging Platform is used to collect and retain required choices. On iOS, App Tracking Transparency separately controls IDFA access. Declining tracking may result in contextual or limited ads instead of personalized ads.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Provide and Maintain Services: Deliver core application features, sync user preferences across devices, and manage user accounts.
- Send Communication & Alerts: Deliver requested push notifications, deal alerts, account updates, and customer support responses.
- Manage Subscriptions: Validate in-app purchases and unlock digital premium features or entitlements.
- Security & Abuse Prevention: Safeguard our servers, APIs, and services against unauthorized access, fraudulent activity, and abuse.
- Analyze and Improve: Understand aggregate usage trends through Firebase Analytics and, when you choose to share anonymous usage, analyze journeys and interactions through PostHog.
- Support the Free Version: Serve, frequency-limit, and measure Google AdMob ads, including rewarded ads that you affirmatively choose to watch.
4. Information Sharing & Third-Party Providers
Nyxra Digital Inc. does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We share information only with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our apps and services:

5. Data Security & Storage
- Encryption in Transit: All network communications between our apps and backend servers are encrypted using industry-standard HTTPS / TLS 1.3 protocols.
- Local Device Security: Sensitive tokens stored on your device utilize hardware-backed secure storage mechanisms (flutter_secure_storage / Keychain / KeyStore).
6. Data Retention & Account Deletion
You have the right to request complete deletion of your user account and associated server data. To submit a data deletion request, email us at privacy@nyxradigital.com.
7. Your Privacy Choices
You can turn anonymous usage sharing on or off at any time under Settings > Preferences > Analytics & diagnostics. Where required, you can reopen the advertising form under Settings > Privacy Choices. You can also change tracking permission in iOS Settings or reset/delete the advertising ID in Android Settings. Premium members receive no ad requests and see no advertising.
